Green Building

Using green building products and services can not only help in lowering your utility bills, they are better on the environment.  Here are a few examples.

Spray foam insulation used in an attic to reduce energy bills
Dual flush toilet used to reduce water use in a home  (one of the buttons flush with a 1.1 gallons/flush instead of the standard 1.6)
Xeriscaping, use of native plants to reduce or eliminate irrigation use
We installed strand bamboo flooring in our office! This is a great alternative to the horizontal bamboo floors you might be used to seeing as it is stronger and more durable. As an added benefit, bamboo regenerates in about 5 years compared to over 100 years for other traditional woods.
