LEED project experience includes New Construction, Commercial Interiors, Retail and Existing Buildings for banks, office spaces, hotels, warehouses, schools, and an animal shelter. Past certifications for each project range from Certified to Platinum.

Granite Construction Inspections
-Since 2014, 200+ and counting construction loan monitoring projects for GCI in Georgia and Florida. Projects range from site work reviews to renovation and new construction monitoring for residential and commercial projects.
-LEED Administration services for the new Dewberry Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina. The hotel opened for business in July 2016 and is attempting LEED Certified under the LEED 2009 New Construction system.
-LEED construction documentation on a new Southeast Florida bank branch which was designed for LEED Platinum certification under LEED for Retail. Construction finished in fall/winter 2014.
-LEED certification efforts for the new Nassau Humane Society building. Services include LEED Administration and Consulting for the project team. Construction finished in fall 2014 and achieved LEED Certified in June 2015.
-LEED consulting for a Jekyll Island, Georgia hotel.
-LEED Administration for a Vistakon warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. The Vistakon project achieved LEED Silver in June 2014.
-LEED Administration for the YMCA Riverside in Jacksonville, Florida. This athletic building with pool finished construction in Summer 2016 and is attempting LEED Certified.
-LEED Administration for a warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. The warehouse started construction in early 2017 and is attempting LEED Certified.
-LEED Consulting for various financial institution projects in Texas and Florida.

-LEED Administration services for a 10-story AC Hotel in Spartanburg, South Carolina which is currently under construction and is attempting LEED Silver.
-LEED Consulting for other various projects in the Southeast.
Community Service and Volunteering
-Assisted with the donation of materials and services for a rain barrel install at Amelia Island Montessori School in Fernandina Beach for the 2013 Green Apple Day of Service through the USGBC North Florida. We also did a demonstration for the students to educate them on the benefits of a rain barrel and the reduction of stormwater runoff.
-Introduced four films in the 2013 Green Film Series for USGBC North Florida for Nassau County residents
-Volunteered for the liveSMART trailer in 2013 and 2014 for USGBC North Florida at the One Spark Festival in Jacksonville. USGBC North Florida booth at the Jacksonville Zoo Party for the Earth and the Wild Amelia Nature Festival.
-Donated time and materials for two raised garden beds and a compost bin project for the 2014 Green Apple Day of Service for Amelia Island Montessori School in Fernandina Beach. We also turned the project into a reuse project by using an old swing set and slide for the garden materials. Other reuse items included pavers from Talleyrand and screws from an old barn in North Carolina.
-Volunteer as the Building Tours Coordinator for USGBC North Florida in 2014/2015/2016/2017.
-Volunteer as the Awards Committee Chair for USGBC NE Florida Region 2016/2017.
